2009 “Chupi” Late Harvest Chardonnay, Oak Knoll District, Napa
35 cases produced
$30 per bottle/375ml
12.4% Alc.
Winemaker’s Notes: the 2009 Chupi is a sweet wine made from Chardonnay grapes. Hand-harvested on November 4, 2009, this wine fills the air with beautiful notes of white peaches, grapefruit, and honeysuckle. Heavy on the palate, almost honey like, the wine provides an explosion of vibrant flavors. A balanced acidity tames the sweetness as nutty, honeysuckle, and ripe melon flavors persist.
